My application process

  • 1. Your Application

    The first step is to submit your documents, preferably via email. The most important document for us is an up to date CV. If you wish, then please feel free to include relevant references with your application. Whilst a covering letter is not necessary, a short note detailing your preferences, availability and salary requirements would of course be helpful.

  • 2. The First Meeting

    Following your initial application, we will schedule a first meeting in which we get to know each other, either face to face or by telephone. This first meeting will give you the opportunity to tell us where your current and future career priorities lie. During this first meeting, we will give you details of the position for which you originally applied and in addition give you details on any other vacancies which we think could prove attractive for you.
    If you are generally unsure of how the normal application processes work, or if your last job application was not recent, we will be only too happy to advise you in all aspects of the application process. We can help optimize your CV and relevant documents and assist and support you in matters related to your career planning.

  • 3. Preparation for a First Interview

    Following our meeting we prepare a standardized candidate profile which is then forwarded to the client by email. When the client requests an interview, we will, in close cooperation with you, schedule the appointment on the client’s premises. Questions on your side, details of the position in question, the company concerned and the person who will conduct the interview will all be discussed so that you are optimally prepared for the interview.

  • 4. The Interview

    During the interview at the client’s facilities you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position in question, the company itself, the possibilities offered for future development, potential colleagues and managers. You will also be given important details regarding the potential appointment.
    In the follow up to your interview we will contact you and ask that you give us your impressions and opinion on the interview. In return you will be given the feedback that we have from the client. If we have a green light from both parties, then you take up the contractual discussions directly with our client.
    We will follow this final phase from the background and can intervene if necessary should there be any slight difficulties with, for example, the salary package and/or benefits offered. At this stage, the more openly we communicate with each other, the better the opportunity is for us to use our previous experience with the client to your advantage.

  • 5. Follow up

    Ideally, everything goes according to plan and you sign a contract of employment with our client. Unfortunately, everything does not always go according to plan. No problem – our search for your new position has only just begun! Using the knowledge and experience gained during the first application process, we will continue to supply new suggestions and will stay in contact and dialogue with you for as long as necessary and as long as you wish.
