Ihre Position:
- Supervising function in education and training in our technical center
- Planning and development of trainings and the associated logistics as well as the review of the quality of external trainers
- According to the company´s requirements, conventional as well as digital learning concepts and workshops are performed
- Responsible for the HRD systems and the entire onboarding process
- In charge for the annual survey of corporate culture
- Direct cooperation with the departments when it comes to the topics of education and training
Ihre Qualifikation:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of human resources and/or in pedagogy
- At least three years of experience in the field of education and training
- Working with technical training and learning management systems is an advantage
- Willingness to work in an international environment and the ability to bring intercultural skills with you
- Enjoyment of working independently and bringing expertise in planning and conducting virtual and hybrid events
- Excellent knowledge of German and English with strong communication skills
- Confident in presenting and reporting as well as the handling of Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint etc
